I am a post-doctoral researcher at the High Performance Computing Lab in the Department of Biomedical Informatics, The Ohio State University. My research interests include parallel graph algorithms, scheduling algorithms for multiprocessor systems, data mining and bioinformatics. I received Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2008 and B.S. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and B.S. in Physics from Bogazici University, Turkey, in 2002.
